still a Beginner [need lots of help]

HEY WASSUP LADIES. I WANTED TO KNOW IF ANY BODY COULD GUIDE ME THROUGH A BEGINNER'S GUIDE ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY HAIR AND MAINTAIN IT ESPECIALLY FOR THE WINTER. O YEA AND IF ANY OF YOU KNOW ANY PROTECTIVE STYLES THAT I COULD USE BESIDES THE SOCK BUN AND STUFF, MAY YOU PLEASE SHARE IT WITH ME. MY HAIR IS BECOMING VERY DRY THESE DAYS SINCE THE WEATHER IS CHANGING AND IM STILL LEARNING HOW TO MAINTAIN MY HAIR. MY HAIR HAS BEEN CURRENTLY RELAZED FOR THE PAST 3 YRS. IM ONLY 14 SO LEARNING THESE TIPS NOW WILL BE A BIG HELP ON NOT MAKING ALOT OF MISTAKES IN THE FUTURE. PLEASE AND THANK YOU

I think there's a sticky on how to start your own regimen? I'm not sure but maybe it is.

What I did was I just read the fotkis of the experienced ladies I admired and started doing what they did until I just kind of came into my own. I hope that helps.
