What do you do to keep your roots soft? I've been wearing a ponytail and buns for a few weeks and my middle is kinda crunchy.

I use WEN Fig oil which is basically a mixture of jojoba oil and essentail oils to soften up my new growth.

Charmtreese, How does the Fig oil smell? I don't mind trying something new, but I can't stand something that smells bad (can we say Wild Growth LOL)- unless it's something I wash out, like conditioner.

WGO always works for me. I try so many other things but WGO, hands down, makes my new growth soft and manageable.

The smell is not bad at all, however its kindof hard to discribe it...I guess its a light floral smell.
