OMG The OLD CON...IS BACK!!!!

I'm not understanding how this is the "old" CON...

They have added an ingredient to what they are telling us is sulfate free formula comparable to the classic formula. I thought when you add a "twist" to something it creates a totally new thing...One could argue that the shampoo they have out now is the old CON with sulfates added as a "twist".

Plus, I'm sure it was more than just a lack of sulfates that made the original CON great. Or else we could use ANY SLS free poo and be good...So unless the ingredients in this new shampoo are exactly the same as the original with a tiny droplet of argan oil added as the last ingredient, I think they are trying to play us and hype up their new line with an excellent marketing ploy.

i really hope not but u're exactly right. all SLS free poo's are not equal to CON poo. i would hope they went back to the formula that the customers are asking for.

I can't wait to try this. I, too, have tried many others and nothing else even compares. I will use up the rest of my stash and donate the rest to a friend so I can pick up the entire line when it comes out. Just when I thought I got my PJ ways under control this comes out.

This poo was a hit before I joined. I keep hearing about it. What makes it so delightfully desired?

Not the Whitney Houston! :lachen:

I can't wait either. When I get the ingredients I'll post them. I pray for their sake that it's really the old stuff with the oil added.

I was thinking the same thing.
What are they going to do when Argan oil is the not the hottest oil in the streets.

My guess is that they've replaced part or all of the wheat germ oil with the argan oil. Wheat germ/wheat germ oil was a huge craze back when Creme of Nature was launched in the 70's.

I don't think there are pics yet. The product hasn't even come out.

If you go to their Facebook page they have a link with a slide show posting each of the products. I was feeling all giddy looking at the pics just waiting with baited breathe for these to come out. I like most of the products I have tried they already released.

Oh Lawd this is the icing on the cake of my blonde moments of the day!

Thanks for the post OP. I told my mom and sister and they actually got excited. For the life of me I don't understand why they replaced the formula to begin with. Stupid move IMO. I tried the new one, and it is not up to par.

Hers the thing Argan oil is very light, I feel it does nothing for my hair. I have a serum that I use when I am flat-ironed.

I wish they had left the wheat germ oil in

For real- 'cause many of us still have old bottles and will be checking ingredients. Shoot- they better come correct. Don't play with the OG CON.

I just got a sales flyer from Sally's for next month and they have a 15% off coupon and the new CON argan shampoo is listed so I am thinking they will have them on the shelves next month. #fingerscrossed
