Gun To My Head If I Had To Pick One Line

Right now I have to say it's Joico. My second choice would be Kerastase and only because I don't care for a lot of their shampoos. Everything Joico is fine with me.

I know what you mean, the Nutritive Bain shampoos will tear up my scalp cause the SLS in there seems super powerful. I like the Chronologiste shampoo though, it's very gentle, well for me.

In the main it is a great line though, I use a lot of their products also.

Soultanicals.

I'd have to be sure to purchase the repeated limited-time offerings in a timely fashion, but between the ayurvedic and other awesome ingredients, the awesome sales, the wonderful aromas, the apparent remedy of early issues, and the good, good performance . . . I'm really enjoying using this brand.

If Soultanicals were to come out with a gel like Camille Rose Naturals Curl Maker and a great setting product like the Nairobi foam, I would have zero "need" to purchase anything outside of the brand.

Now you make me want to check out soultanicals....

Now you make me want to check out soultanicals....

The brand works for me because I've almost exclusively been using natural products on my hair for years. My hair is trained to perform well with natural products.

$16 for 8 ounces . . . plus shipping . . . is not great, IMO. So sales like this recent one (40% off, free shipping after a certain amount) are key for my participation.

I don't know how great this brand would be for people who like to roller set or straighten. The Soultanicals mousse only has 2 reviews, and I don't believe the brand yet has a heat protectant of any kind (I could be wrong!). The owner is very creative and informed, and she's always putting all sorts of new products out. Perhaps at some point she will "dedicated-ly" attend to the needs of straight-haired naturals.

Another vote for Joico

Although I'd be crying inside to leave my Aveda masques (dry remedy, repair remedy, smoothing) behind. :cry3: BTW I'm relaxed.

I don't blame you, Aveda is a beautiful range. This is why I don't even bother to contemplate the notion of just using one line, because I'd fail and fast!

When it comes down to it, Joico is everything. It save my hair from some of the disasters I put it through and their Intense Hydrator is one of the best deep moisturizing conditioners I tried, but when it comes down to it I can't pick them :(. They don't carry butters or have leave ins thick enough for my hair texture. OP you're making this topic hard to answer.

Devacurl.

I use their decadence no poo and one condition. The super curl cream coconut styler (or something like that) as my leave in for roller setting.

I could use heaven in hair to D.C.

The only thing I would be missing is a silicone shampoo/D.C./ and leave in for heat styling my hair. Instead I would just roller set with smaller rollers to really straighten my roots.
