Did Y'all Know Aphogee Made Supplements?

A 30-day supply is very reasonably priced also. I purchased a pack for $7.99 today at the BSS. I don't expect anything major with my hair, as no supplement has ever really done that for me. But most of the hair supplements I've tried usually give me glowing skin and healthier nails, so I hope to see those improvements.

Yup I saw them and started taking them about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I never stop long enough to take a look and what if any difference it makes

Too bad I'm not much of a vitamin taker.I may need to get some because my nails haven't been growing at all and I could use this glowing skin that your talking about.

i take a multi-vitamin that specializes in skin, hair, and nails so I get other vitamins that are good for my body as well. Is this Aphogee supplement the same thing or it just focuses on hair?

Hi,
OP first just let me say your hair is fiyah!:notworthy But I took those vitamins for about a month and they broke my skin out really bad. I think it was the biotin in them. And the worst part about it is that I really don't know if they helped my hair or not.

I've seen these in Sally's but I haven't tried them. Sometimes I wait for things to come up on the board or a rave from an LHCF member before trying them.

That is always my fear of buying stuff like that. It is the high concentration of stuff in it. That is why I prefer the multivitamin that I'm takin that specializes in skin, hair, and nails. I am supposed to take 3 daily but I only take 2 daily. I don't want my face breaking out because of the high concentration of Biotin and stuff.

Yeah, there's def a lot of biotin in them. I don't know if it affects everyone the same. I had heard on the board about biotin breaking some of the ladies faces out, but I still wanted to try them for myself and now I know.

Yes I knew, I'm gone to get me a supply of them as my hair vitamins instead of my old ones ,I will take the Aphogee.
