I'm still on phytophanere right now. I may switch over to Cap'Energy after I finish this bottle of Phytophanere. I wonder if I'll have to wait 3 months to see results or will the effects kick in sooner because I'm already taking phytophanere.

Are you ladies taking CE in addition to all the other supplements like biotin, etc?

I plan on taking Cap Energy with a multivitamin, Spirulina, Omegas and B-100 complex for the next 9-10 months.

Okay, "hanks" should be "thanks", but my BBerry won't let me edit right now.

I cut my hair into a short, ear length bob back in Oct. Letting it grow back out and ps'ing undr a wig right now. Didn't want to constantly press my haire in order to keep it straight.

I have only been using Cap Energy for almost 2 months and I must say that I like how my skin and nails are coming along, beautiful skin and stronger nails for sure. My hair is coming in shinier and softer at the roots and growing in a lot faster too.

I just hendigo'ed my hair a week ago and had complete gray coverage. Today, I can see the roots coming in a lot faster that I care for them to come in. The hendigo treatment in November last year, before I started the Cap Energy Supplements, lasted 2 months before I started to really notice the grays coming in again. This is good, this is really good:yep:.

No prob Yodie. I will definitely be ordering a couple more packs of Phyto CE by the end of this month. I love the results and need to stay consistent on these for at least two years minimum.

I am on the 4th month of Phtyophanere. At some point I ran out and took the cap n energy.
I would highly recommend these (they both work great IMO)
I am seeing steady strong growth. I can easily tell because I am a very slow grower and also because I had a bald spot which has now filled in.
My nails grow very fast and are really strong.

how long had the bald spot been there before it filled in?

I had been using the Phytophanere with good results but hadn't got round to re-ordering. I will try the Cap Energy though as they sound even better!

What thread?

here is the thread

it was about phytophanere but the cap energy also has hydrogenated soybean oil. I also did my own research & found out it is bad for your health in the long term because it is a trans fat which causes diabetes etc & it is a cheap filler.

here are a few links/articles if interested.

I alos read a blog about a girl reviewing this product saying that it gave her a yeast infection because of the yeast inside.

I don't believe the bolded. I have been taking these supps for a while now and I have never had a yeast infection from them, in fact, it's been quite a few years since I've had one.

If it work for you that's fine:yep:.
i think that everyone's body is different & reacts differently to things. I don't think it's that far fetched considering some people are prone to yeast infections when they take antibiotics because antiB's can also cause YI's.

The bolded I am aware of, it's the reason the other lady gave that I don't believe. She may have been right but I'm saying that I don't believe the reason she gave for the YI.
