Ladies I really thank ALL of you for your wonderful words.

For those that wanted to know my regimen, I have the products I use in my fotki album. Other than that all I really do it wash and deep condition WITH HEAT every 3 days. I have been wearing buns since I started growing my hair in August 2003, which definately helped me retain my growth and has kept my ends in fairly decent shape. I self-relax my hair every 10-14 weeks. I really only use heat to take progress pictures (about 4-6 times a year). That's about it! I dont take vitamins.
