I've had an order in for her moisturizer for a couple of months. She answered the phone when I called. We had a nice chat; she said that there was a delay because of "bacteria" found in the batch of hair creme and that she was having lab troubles. The Dew and Conditioner are not affected and are still in stock.
Her Moisturizing Creme is simply the best out there, IMO. I love the balance of water to oil. It softens my hair like nothing else and it has NO fragrance, which I love.
Has anyone else spoken with her about the delay?
I don't want to cancel, but since I'm almost out, I ordered some Hydratherma Naturals Moisturizer.
