Forgive me if this is a repeat. I bought some bentonite clay from Whole Foods yesterday and guess what...I've used this stuff many times as a facial. It's wonderful for facials. I didn't know the name of the clay, I just knew Aztec Clay. Sooo, how do you mix this to put in your hair??? For the face you just add apple cider vinegar and leave on 15 minutes or so. Is it the same for the hair??? How long do you leave it in???TIA

I've done clay treatments. To smooth hair shaft and condition, I add about 2 TBSP to some DC and sit under hot dryer for an hour. When I'm done, I take off the elastic cap and let the treatment "harden" about 30 minutes. Then I rinse out and finish with a vinegar rinse.

I just got a pound of this last week. I saw the clay mask hair treatment in someone's fotki and wanted to try it.

I saw this clay treatment idea in someone's fotki but don't know what they are doing with it. Is anyone else using this? And how?
