Can\'t take my vits!
...For two weeks! I've been having various health problems thqt may or may not be allergy relate. My allergist told me that the over the counter vits and medications I'm taking may be ahving a negative effect on me. He suggested that I take a two week break from the vits, the EPO, the flax, and the like to see if my condition improves. He told me to watch out, b.c lots of folks swear by those OTC remedies, but they may be harmful toindivuals who have sensitivities to them. I'll keep you gys posted, as to whether my sinus coondition improves( I also suffer with sever eye dryness). In the meantime, I'm freaking out about not using the vits.
