Conditioner Rinses?

I've been reading post about members doing conditioner rinses between shampoos. The name is self explanatory but I'm not exactly sure of the whole process. I'm sure there is already a thread about the whole process, maybe someone could bump it up.

When you do the conditioner rinse, you rinse only with conditioner and then ??????
do u do your regular hot oil treatment, deep condition, etc.
do u add anything to your conditioner? etc etc
Maybe someone could share their conditioner rinse process with me.

I just answered my own question, I found this two minutes after I posted

You are washing your hair as if you are using shampoo...but use conditioner instead. You would still scrub your scalp, just like you do with shampoo. Actually you should call them conditioner washes, because you are doing more than just rinsing. There are many, many threads on this so if you go back to the top you could do a search on conditioning washes you'll get lots of info. I hate to pic just one when there are so many. I might miss something that is beneficial to your situation only.
