DOES BREAKTHRU SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER AND LOTION STOP EXCESSIVE HAIR SHEDDING?

If it doesn't, what does?

Is my hair shedding because new hair is replacing the old? It's still growing leaps and bounds. But, I'm getting a little nervous from all of the shedding.

I was using optimum (mild) no-lye for @ least a year. Then, I used Soft & Beautiful (regular) no-lye. Though I did these touch-up's myself, the next time I'm going to a professional.

There are several reasons for shedding, one of my reasons is that I am anemic. I use garlic shampoo and garlic conditioner and it helps with my shedding. It is an inexpensive solution, so you might want to start there. Search for garlic and see some other suggestions. You may also want to get your iron levels checked.

I purchased the queen Helene unscented shampoo at a local BSS and I found the conditoner at a grocery store (I can't remember the brand). If you prefer to order your products online Sheldeez sells it.
