Forum down, so what our incentive?

To the Moderators:

I was wondering since the forum has been down for so many days this year,I would say about a month, will we be receiving some type of incentive such as 2 mths free before renewel?

(To answer your question - no extra time will be added to your subscription period because it takes too much time and effort to calculate something like that for each individual. We would have to program that feature - which in turn could cause more problems for the forum. We offer so many extras - photo gallery, journal, arcade, signatures, member titles, chat, etc - we believe one of those is the culprit, so we may have to end up taking some of the features away..

And the forum has been down no more than 1 week at most for this entire year taking into consideration the forum is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.)

I do understand your frustrations.. We are working on this and are aware of this issue - it is not the hosting company as was previously mentioned because - we have a dedicated server for this site.

If any one is unhappy with the services, please send an email to the paypal email address that you paid for your subscription with or submit a support ticket, and I will issue you a full refund and close your account. We do however expect to have these issues resolved in the next few weeks and thank you for your patience
