Be patient darling. A hair care regimen is not going to make your hair grow any faster. If you are looking for growth, start from the inside. This is one of the biggest things in my reggie that I've been doing all of my life. Do you work out, drink plenty of water, and exercise?
I normally work out every day, drink a gallon of water, and eat well. (When I first started, I only drank about 32 oz of water a day but I still ate well and got in my vitamins).
Next you have to gather alot of information and assess what your hair needs. Hair care is not one size fits all. Since we don't know what kind of problems you are having, we don't really know exactly what you need; only you can determine that. So just start with the basics. Cleanse your hair, condition your hair, low-manipulation, and stay away from heat are my suggestions. I can give you a sample reggie of what I did when I first started but like I said, it's not one size fits all.
Last year I got my hair cut to sl from abusing heat. My hair had been breaking left and right for about 6 months before I decided to let me stylist cut it. I stalked Traycee and everyone on KISS, read about how to build a reggie, and got all the info I needed before I decided to take care of my hair. I determined I needed alot of moisture, and very little protein. Here was my reggie:
Co-washed twice a week with HE LTR. Left in diluted Vo5 Moisture Milks, sealed with evoo.
Shampooed once a week with Suave Naturals Coconut, DCd with either ORS Repleneshing or Organics Hair Mayonnaise. Left in diluted Vo5 Moisture Milks, sealed with evoo.
I moisturized and sealed with my diluted Vo5 every day, I baggied overnight, and I stuck to braidouts and buns. I STAYED AWAY FROM HEAT was the most imp thing in my reggie and my hair grew back to full apl by August.
MY reggie has since changed of course because it changes according to what my hair wants. I'm currently revising it because I need much much more protein. In the beginnins, you can see I only used light protein. Now I need heavy protein treatments twice a month. I hope you find what it is you need to do.
