Heat caps in deep conditioning

Sorry if this question has already been asked but for the ladies who use heat caps when deep conditioning, do you feel they cut down on the time needed for deep conditioning? Like if you DC w/o heat for an hour, find you only need to DC for 30-45 minutes or something if you use heat? Thanks.

From my understanding using heat will cut down on the time of dc if you are not using heat. You can dc for the amount of time that the product recommends. I normally on dc for about 15-20 when I use my heat cap.
