Help! What\'s a Daily Rinse and Condition Wash

Do you just rinse your hair with water or do you use shampoo every day when you do a daily rinse? And what exactly is a conditioner wash??

i'm new to the forum and just did the conditioner wash for the first time this week and loved it. i'm wearing the wash and go look, so i wash my hair every 2-3 days and i'd rather use conditioner instead of shampoo. i simply wet my hair and put conditioner on. then i let it set on for a few minutes while i bathe in the shower, then i rinse the conditioner out. i then put a leave in conditioner in and dry lightly with the blow dryer on a cool setting. then go.

When people say that they rinse their hair, that is exactly what they are doing. They are rinsing with just water or applying conditioner and rinsing.

A conditioner wash is when you literally wash your have with conditioner only. I am a daily co washer and I just apply the conditioner like I would do shampoo and massage in. This was I can have clean hair and a clean scalp everyday.
