How much hair have you ripped out your head?

via curlformers, detangling, ponytails ect.....

I'm doing a curlformers set and it looks like I hit a weak spot because I swear I wasn't tugging my hair that hard and i ripped out like 6 strands of hair:nono:

I'm trying to rationalize the use of these. It's like every other time I use them I rip my hair out and I'm wondering if this is really the best form of stretching my hair without heat.

I have fine hair and I use them. Don't tug at all. If you feel resistance, stop. The hook should glide easily.

The hook goes on easily. I can put them on quickly and efficiently without tugging, pulling, and the hair ends up smooth. But wearing them until they dry leaves me with breakage at the roots, especially if I wear them to bed.

Curformers are fine for me. You really gotta make sure the hook is lined up right and there are no stray hairs whisping around the hook or the curler or they can snap off as you glide the hook through
