So back in the day when I used to get my hair wet wrapped at the salon, it would come out beautiful with a slight bend/bump on the ends (if I recall correctly my stylist would slightly bump the ends after taking down wrap). And I would wrap my hair at night to maintain that look.
Fast forward 12 years, I now rollerset my hair instead of wet wrapping but by the 3rd day, my ends are frizzy, nowhere near the smooth sleek bumped look I used to have. Is this a product thing or is is that the structure/condition of my hair has changed and will no longer allow me to achieve that sleek bump?
Can those of you that achieve that smooth bumped look with either wrapping wet or rollersetting then wrapping please let me know how you have done this?
I use kimmaytube's leave in, followed by IC serum, this other serum and a dab of moisturizer on my hair, am I missing something?
