I\'m back...with a pic!

Hey everyone,
I've been away from the board for a few months, but I'm back now (for a lil while anyway). I didn't come back emptied handed...I brought a pic to share. I'm still gathering more pics for my album, so when it's completed, I'll update my post.

Thanks sweetie. Boy, have you been gone a long time. I tried to look at your pics but the it says the album is empty. Did you set it for public viewing?

Ok, this is playing games with me! The album says "open to public" when I log onto it...

I'll play around with it a bit later on today...

Hey Crysdon, thanks for your kind words...

Here's my wkly regime...(if u click on my name, it's there too!) I've had this same regime/products since Oct; I'm slowly adding/alternating/testing out new products as I read about them on this board... so this current list is subject to change.

Pretreat = Extra Virgin Olive oil (the grocery store kind!)
Shampoo = Motions Lavish or Cream of Nature (normal or dry)
(condition wash = Suave coconut, lately, once per mth)
Conditioner = Motions Moisture plus, CPR (add olive oil)
Leave in = Motions
Oils = Hot 6, olive, tea tree, carrot
Setting ltn = Miss Cool, Motions (til empty), or nothing
Dry Method = Hooded (warm), air (braid outs)

That's pretty much it. I clarify mthly w/Suave & I spritz a lil water then oil on my ends 2-3x wkly. (I'm buying S-Curl today >thanks Adrienne< that'll substitue for the water spritz). I have Aphogee (to maintain strength), but I'm too chicken to use it
... that word "crispy" makes me cringe
. I've ordered PP Biotin...really excited to incorporate vitamins in my regime...hopefully I can gain more length & super quick

This is a really good regimine. It's simple and doesn't have too many steps. I'm going to give this a try since I have all of those products you mentioned.

I must say it again, your hair is lovely!!!

Hi Peaches,

My current regimen is very close to what you have listed. However I use the optimum mild lye relaxer. Oh, and I find that the Motions silk protein conditioner works very well, you should try it.

You hair is very beautiful, and I hope, since we have a lot of products in common, that my hair will flourish as well.

Can you tell any difference in you hair after you clarify?
