I want a blue black shiny finish. I was about to do a henna/indigo treatment and then after a thorough wash...apply john frieda clear glaze.

Am I about to do some serious damage to my hair?

I brought the John Frieda soo....

I can try that next time. I'm going to give a try and see what happens with a strand test. I'll post results later!

I have been doing henna treatments for so long now and sometimes do a glaze treatment 2-3 weeks after the henna and i have not had any hair problems so far.

I henna/indigo Saturday night. Never do that again until using conditioner and oil in the mixture

I did a moisture mixture to combat the severe dryness and stiffness of my hair after that process: 2 tablespoons of each...
Aphogee Two Minute Keratin Reconstructor
John Frieda Luminous Clear Glaze
Silicon Mix (yum)
Patene Hair Mask Breakage Defense
Liquid Cholesterol Deep Condition Formula

My flat iron gladed over my hair like NEVER before. That mix is a winner.

I would wait a week or so before glazing to make sure the moisture level of your hair is sufficient.

From my understanding, the glaze will coat the hair with silicone, so you want to make sure your hair is well moisturized and not dry underneath.
