Treat: olaplex 0, 2, and Marc Anthony Bond repair Mask under heat cap
Cleanse: Redken Acidic Bonding Shampoo
Condition: Shea Moisture JBCO rinse out
Leave in: Living proof triple bond complex and Soultanicals Knot sauce
Style: 10 twist bun on mostly blown out hair. Will probably twist with Camille Rose Almond Jai

I used to live in this style, but I would always form the bun on damp hair. I think the prolonged dampness irritated the crown area of my scalp over time. Making sure my hair is at least mostly dry before I secure the twists should remedy this issue. Also switching to a high bun will make my workouts more comfortable. My low bun keeps getting in the way during mat exercises.

On a happy hair journey
I hope you ladies are having a lovely long holiday weekend!!

My hair feels really soft today. I took my braids down for a braidout. It seems that moisturizing my hair every three days could be the sweet spot for me. Going to moisturize my hair again then put it back in the 10 braids.

Monday
- Mist hair with some cool water
- Moisturize with Alodia Hair Cream
- Seal with a few drops of Alodia Healthy Hair + Scalp Oil, focusing on the ends of my hair
- Light detangling with a wide tooth comb
- Braid hair into 10 individual braids
