MT/OCT and Henna

Hi Ladies, I am a HUGE fan of Henna and typically I do a treatment once a month. Now that I'm using MT and OCT I'm wondering if it's safe for me to still use my Henna. Is there someone who can provide some advice on this. I'm natural btw. Thanks!

i use mt and i henna with no problems. I am natural as well. I henna every 4-6 weeks but may go back to every other week or weekly again. Justkiya still uses henna and mt, too.

I didn't use mt the night prior to hennaing and

I added a lot more glycerin to this batch for moisture.

I've shifted the use of my henna further and further apart over time. Since I've been MT'ing, I'm using henna about every 3 months, now, and that works for me. Henna acts like a protein on my hair, and I didn't want to overload, so I waited til my hair 'told' me it needed henna (loud and clear, too), and it was about 3.5/4 months after my last one, so every 3 months is about right.
