Need Help to Perfect Ponytail Rollersets

Does anyone have any step-by-step tips or links to youtube videos on ponytail rollersets? I tried this exactly once about a month ago. I went under the dryer for 40 mins but the area was still wet where the ponytail holder was. I usually do regular rollersets but it takes me about 45 mins. I need a quicker way to dry my hair smoother without using the blow dryer.

When I used to do this once upon a time, I used to use a fine tooth comb to smooth my hair so the part where the ponytail holder is was really flat and tight, and I also soaked the (ouchless) ponytail holders in oil. Good luck!

I find the trick is to get hair into ponytails, then set... if dry, rewet and add more setting lotion.

Also imperative is make sure bands are not too small... Also I blow dry where bands are to make sure that hair is damp...
