My regimine changes all the time,I try to do daily con washes, but it is more like every 2-3 days. I con wash with Dove or VO5, no one in particular, I have a ton. I deep condition with Neutrogena TM, Herbal Essences Con Balm, and Aussie 3 min., all of them mixed together, I just started doing this, and it works for me. I do protein about once a week with Motions Silk or Aubrey GPB. I also use Salerm 21 now as my leave-in(love it). Oh, I follow the protein treatments with Elucence MB con. Thanks again for the compliments, I hope I answered your questions in detail enough.

Thanks you all.....I think my hair type is 3b/3c....the curls are really not as tame as they look in my pics.

Right after I wash I have to put my hair up to airdry but after a few hours my hair is everywhere...I like big hair though.
