I keep hearing that products with Mineral Oil and Petrolatum (ingredients in many greases and oils too) can slow hair growth my clogging up the hair folicles, so be careful of that
But I would also recommend Jojoba oil, it works great for me.

You should be able to find it at any health food or natural products stores.

I use Murray's Oil Hair Revitalizer: Carrot Oil. It is a grease with petro and mineral oil, but it works well for me and has not hindered growth.

I also use Motions Scalp and Hair Dressing cream. It doesn't contain petroleum and it is very light and moisturizes the scalp very well.

You can also use shea butter, jojoba/castor/olive oil.
