Hey Adrienne Im new to the board and I noticed some pics of your hair, it is long and healthy and that is my goal. Im sure you have already posted your hair care regimen, but I cant seem to locate it. So can you please list your hair care regimen. What is your hair type, shampoo and conditioner, vitamins, do you use an heat on your hair, what oils do you use, do you oil your scalp, etc. And whatever else you would like to add. Thanks.
I have 3c shoulderlenghth hair.

I re-read the different types of hair again and the more I understand it the more I know what type of hair I have. And it is not 3c. My hair is medium textured and when my hair is air dryed it is loose springy curls, its not tight at all. So I guess I am 3ab? I think I got it right.
