Pree-pooing/Co-Washing

What are good products or mixtures to use for pre-pooing and/or co-washing (for 4b hair type)? How often do you usually pre-poo and/or co-wash?

I use Suave Humectant... it's the only thing
u'll ever need... I swear!!!

Pre-poo: LeKair Tea Tree Cholestorol/AMLA oil
Co-wash: V05 or Suave Humectant

One more here for the Suave Humectant!! I also alternate w/ a mix of Aphogee's 2min re-constructor, alma oil, and honey.
