I'm in the process of creating a regimen for my hair, but I need a bit of help from you lovely ladies!
I work out between 4-6 days a week from anywhere between 1-2 hrs. I'm no health guru...I'm getting married in November and I've found a form of exercise that I'm obsessed with so I'm constantly exercising LOL
I'm new to the boards and just starting my journey on the road to healthy, longer hair. But I have a question as I begin: Because of the amount of exercise I do, how should I handle moisturizing my hair? What effect does sweat have on hair? Should I shampoo more than once per week due to my workout schedule?
Oh yeah, I'm wearing sew-ins (partial right now but will try out a closure for the next install) as I grow.
Any suggestions?
