I was read somewhere this weekends (forget where) that sulfur rich foods are good for hair growth. Does anybody know which foods are high in sulfur?

Plug in sulfur in the search box and it will take you to the page in reference to your question.

cabbage is a sulfurous vegi also I believe. I also remember asparagus and broccoli as being good.

eggs are #1! when I ate a lot of eggs before (just now getting back into the habit, and yes I did notice a growth spurt in my hair but my old hairdresser kept chopping it off!) I would always have some boiled and eat 2 in the morn (half a yolk but both whites) with my oatmeal, at luch I would have soup or couscous and lentils and add chopped egg. I added chopped egg to all my soups, chicken noodle, tomato, lentil, ministrone, you name it. yummy.
