rinse before conditioning?

I know that when you do it after conditioning, it closes the cuticle, helps with the pH of your hair and gives shine. But why do it before deep conditioning? Don't you want your cuticles to be open so that the conditioner can penetrate?

I haven't read of anyone who does it before conditioning, but I have to agree that it doesn't make any sence to do it before so. You're right, it's supposed to close up the cuticles, which will give you shine. I can't wait to try it

I actually do mine before I shampoo and I love it, I do ACV rinses moreso to remove probuct build-up that will ALSO affect how your conditioner works.
