What's Up The Profile Status On The Side?

I swear you guys I'm not complaining. I love the new site and updates. You guys did an incredible job. But what's up with the profile status and members online thing on the side? Everything is so small and squeezed in. It used to just show on one page and now it shows on ALL the pages. Is there an option to remove it? @dimopoulos
