He only charges $20 for a dry cut of bangs only (if he does an all over trim too its more). He does a pretty decent job for the money

Good Grief!! Heck, it's easy to cut your own bang, for free!!

I say that because of the area and the salon I guess

He HAS though charged me $10 before when I went for a quick trim of the bang.

I have my Dom. stylist do mine. I have to guide them (with pics or show them what I want)...but I love mine. They're the prefect length and they only charge me $5.

I used to have bangs when my hair was shoulder lenght 5 years ago, but I have been growing it out since then. I don't want bangs, I like my hair one lenght all over!

i really want bangs, but i'm afraid i'll change my mind after i get them. i don't know what style i'd get.... probably the side-swept long ones. that's the look i go for with my hair now, but it's so heavy that it just flops in my face...

I cut my bangs about 2 weeks ago after years of debating.
I parted a little less than an inch off and cut them below my eyebrows. My hair is thin so I cut them in a jagged angle. Being that I only parted so little I can still have a long sweep over bang If I want, I just pull more of my hair to the front. Over all I do like them a lot.

I have been contemplating getting bangs for about a year. If I do I want the "china doll" look, blunt and straight across. My sister had those type of bangs a few years ago and it was really cute. I think it would bring out my eyes more as well as cover up my "5 head"/gigantic forehead

. Plus I already have a "bang" area which is really a small section of hair in the front I had to clip because of split ends. I think I'll take the plunge and get a real bang.

I want bangs, but I plan on wearing my hair curly about 75% of the time, so I doubt I will do it. I had some China doll ones back in my relaxer days and they were super cute. Only problem was I used soo much heavy grease my forehead always broke out!

I love Bangs!!! I wear mine 90% of the time..i used to wear them short..like just above eye brow level..i find now that i like my bangs longer, say,to the botton of my eyes and i like to wear them side swept. I think side swept bangs are sexy and they dont make me look so young.

Hey CaramelHonee,

I love bangs and am in a 'bang' mood these past few months now. I like that its a style instead of centre parting/side parting stuff. I've had Marcia trim my bangs once only but wasn't too happy. What I had been doing was going to a guy off Madison and like 50th street. He only charges $20 for a dry cut of bangs only (if he does an all over trim too its more). He does a pretty decent job for the money although lately I've been thinking of trying Bumble & Bumble. Supposed to be some 'bang specialist' there so of course my interest is peaked

Plus my bangs grow out so fast its worth the experiment if it doesn't work out.

I like the graduated, longer on the sides look. Like Claudia Schiffer...
