After I pushed "pay now," I had the thought: "Wayment. I wonder how OLD these products are?" So I started a chat with a Shea Moisture representation via their chat feature.

Here's what I was told:

Once my products arrived, I noticed that the Clear Start shampoo and the Vibrant Color Conditioner smelled fine, but the Vibrant Color Clear Shine Glaze smells like OLD OIL.
