Directions: Apply BB® Firm Hold Curling Gel section by section to wet hair. Scrunch hair in place. Let hair air dry or use a diffuser. Once hair is fully dry, style as desired.

After watching the review below, reading the ingredients, and reading the description, I purchased a jar.


I used the gel on soaking wet hair that had a little DevaCurl Decadence One Condition left in.

Usually for wng's my hair shrinks up to the top of my ears and is fro-y. This Bronner Brothers gel delivered. It indeed reduced bulk, as advertised! The hold is SUPER strong. My hair is completely dry below. (I was too heavy handed and am excited to try it again, using less per section.)





I never get this elongation and reduction of bulk unless I do all sorts of pulling and tugging and banding and so forth while diffusing! Besides using the gel, I followed the wng tips in the video below (except I air dried because I don't have a hard bonnet dryer yet).


I was in the process of banding my hair when I noticed a section of hair in my undercarriage just completely vertical when dry!!! My hair NEVER falls/lays like this when dry.

I'm always on the look out for a good gel/styler. I am mentally taking notes for when I chop.
This looks like it would be good to use when I have only a few inches of hair and will wash n go/figure it out.

Yes: Crunchy! Perfect for me.

It's mainly crunchy but soft in some parts. I was EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY heavy handed. I'm sure if I were to take a spray bottle I could remove the crunch from the crunchy areas.

I didn't apply a dedicated leave-in beneath it, so that could also be part of the reason for the crunch. Instead, I applied RO conditioner in the shower and rinsed only some of it out. Then I applied the gel to my soaking wet hair.

The lady in the video above used the Bronner Brothers moisturizer beneath it and she said her has does not feel crunchy.
