I’ve noticed people, including myself who have taken hair vitamins and had results from them, were lacking essential vitamins to begin with.
It makes sense that if your body as well as your hair aren’t receiving the nutrients they need from the beginning, introducing a tablet, or pill, or juice that’s packed with vitamins, would yield results/growth.
It also makes sense that if your diet is very well balanced and you receive high dosages of vitamins and nutrients from your diet naturally, hair vitamins probably won’t do much of anything since you’re getting what you need anyways.
Sometimes I see maybe an extra 1/2 inch if I’m taking multivitamins or hair, skin, and nail gummies, but then I reasses my diet from the last month, and I haven’t been including good amounts of essential nutrients. On months where I’ve been eating a variety of foods from meats to fruits and everything in between, hair vitamins don’t do squat for me.
