The only thing that comes to mind right now is the ORS pack. My hair felt hard after using it the first time. So I clarified and used another one again a few weeks later...still hard hair.

Some things that I have purchased I am on the fence about, like Lacio Lacio. Although...I still haven't used it for its recommended purpose, which was to add sheen to a roller set. So maybe I'll love it more after that application.
