Non-stripping Cleanser For Frequent Washing

Hi guys!

I am looking for something that I can wash with frequently (e.g. every other day) without it stripping out my hair. I cannot shampoo too frequently. In fact I cannot even lather up with shampoo twice. I cowash mainly but sometimes I get buildup and I need to reset. My shamppo works fine for that purpose but I don't like to be surprised by buildup and white dots after I style and dry, so I want something to wash with regularly without worrying about build-up.

I have been eyeing the As I Am Cowash but I'm not sure if it's stripping or not.

I'll be grateful for any insight or suggestions.

I tried Olde Jamaica Black Castor Oil with tea tree shampoo the other day and it was nice. It didn't suds a lot and my hair was clean but it didn't have the same squeaky feeling as it does with Alberto V-05. Is it less harsh, honestly I'd assume so as it's without sulfates.

My favorite is matrix biolage cleansing conditioner. There are different ones for hair type. I used pomegranate.

What about a moisturizing shampoo bar? I have the J.R. Liggett's Jojoba and Peppermint Shampoo Bar. It's moisturizing and good for curly or chemically processed hair. The ingredients are saponified olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, and organic palm kernel oil; jojoba oil, almond oil, fragrance and peppermint oil.

ETA: Just wanted to update that I finally washed my hair with the shampoo bar. It has a peppermint scent and is super moisturizing. It literally detangled my hair as well as any conditioner. I'm sure I could have actually brushed my hair with ease and without losing anything but shed hair. I actually skipped using conditioner after because of how soft and moisturized my hair felt. I just used coconut oil as a leave in conditioner instead.
