When the dominicans at the salon are looking for there bigger rollers. I love it.:)

When it gets in your mouth from just a slight turn of your head.

When your arm hurts just trying to touch (comb) your hair on your back.

When you take a hair picture from the back, you have to zoom out to fit all of your hair in the picture.

It gets caught in the car window when closing:nono: That happened to me 2 weeks ago. In the car with my SO and he rolled the windows up while on the road. The wind was blowing something crazy, and after her closed it, I turned my head to get something from the back seat...ouch!!!:nono:

I can tell my hair is growing because:

* I can feel it on my back without holding my head all the way back.

* My bun is heavy.

* My daughter who has bra strap length hair says "Mom your hair is almost as long as mine :grin:"

* It takes longer to bun.

* Use more conditioner.

* Find a shred hair and ask who's hair is it, cause yours can't be that long (but it is) :lachen:

* I can feel it on my back after being combed out - without stretching it (at least until it shrinks back up)

* It falls into my mouth when I'm washing it.

* I can get a shed hair, and weae it between all the fingers on a hand - or wrap it around a finger many, many, many times....

I knew my hair was too long when it was getting shut in my car door whenever I got in.
This happened to me for the first time on 4th of July.I was going off on my homegirl and trying to get in the car and she was like "Now,***** thats why your hair is stuck!" We laughed for like 10 minutes straight:lachen::lachen:

note to self:Concentrate on safely getting my self into the car before cussing folk out

...when you can put your hair is a bun without using a ponytail holder, hair pins or anything else...and it stays in place. I love being able to do this!:grin:

I was up till like 2:00am reading this thread. I need to get a life :lachen:

I know my hair is getting longer when...

  • I can feel my hair on my neck and back. Best feeling in the world!
  • When I check my reflection as I'm walking to work and I think to myself wow my hair is so long.
  • When I'm washing my hair in the sink my hair touches the bottom of the sink
  • I realize I need to buy bigger rollers

<ul type="square">
[*]It moves when you walk and dance.
[*]People can't look at you in your face when they talk to you and their eyes shift to your hair
[*]You can actually flick it and it goes over your shoulder.
[*]You hear women debating between themselves whether it's a weave or real.
[/list]

And to be honest I loved every minute of it.

To add on...
You can feel your hair hitting lower on your back. I could feel my straight straight hair hitting past BSL yesterday.

I posted last year at grazing APL and my hair is longer now and these are the changes I've seen...

I know my hair is getting longer when
  • When my hair is down and I feel my hair brushing against my back, shoulders and bottom of my arms.
  • I have to bring a scrunchie with me because if I sit in my car or the train with my hair loose I'll accidentally sit on it.
  • I can do a big bun without a donut inside! Yeah!
  • My bottles of conditioner go poof like nuttin. I laugh at the recommended "quarter size amount" the bottle recommends. How about fist full? That would be more accurate for me LMAO

for hair growers starting at the twa phase or pixie cut: when your like what the h... is touching my neck

apl bsl: what the H... is crawling down my shoulder blades or/and back.

much longer hair growers: when you find long strands of hair stuck between the ur arsecheeks, or that your hair gets stuck in ur pants zipper

You can push your puff further back...

you reach bra strap AND your natural.....

people start asking for your routine....

You don't have a routine...lol

OMGosh - LOVE the hair in her siggy. I swear, I would go natural if I could get my hair to fall like that!! Beautiful!!

I know my hair is growing because;
- DH is constantly lying on it. Ouch!
- I can twist in the back with one hairpin.
- I started getting pimples on the back of my neck from the hair products. Yuck! Took care of that immediately.

When you sit in a chair... your hair gets caught between your back/chair and you still move your head freely from left to right...up and down ;)

1. When you notice it takes twice as long to twist it, and you need to use a longer piece of fake hair when you want to put extensions
2. When everytime you straighten your hair it starts a whole conversation at the family table
3. When your straightened hair is all over the place and even though you try to wear it down you can't stand it and put it in a ponytail after all that trouble :ohwell:

When you are eating and your hair now gets into your mouth, so you have to tie it back to eat in peace!

When you think that there is a bug on your shoulder and you start slapping like crazy only to find out it was your hair!
