Aloe Vera Gel or Flaxseed Gel????

Hi Ladies!!!!

Aloe vera gel is a staple in my Curlformer sets, but I'm curious about Flaxseed gel. Could you answer a few questions for me?

What do you like about flaxseed gel? What does it do for your hair? How do you use it?

For those of you who have used both, why do you prefer one over the other?

I know someone's used both, lol. I need to either re-up on aloe vera gel or move on to flax seed this wknd. Thanks ladies!

I tried making flaxseed gel, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I tried aloe vera gel from the BS-BSS, Walmart, Target, health food store, green aloe vera gel, clear gel, gel from the plant, and I found that the gel from the plant is best. When I can't get leaves, I buy MountainRose Herbs aloe vera gel. Very inexpensive for about 16, 32, or 64 oz bottles! Works great with castor oil and my QB Olive Balm.
Give it a shot. My vote is aloe vera gel, REAL aloe vera gel not the crunchtastic BSS stuff. Just my two cents..
