Alot of new growth around the edges

Hey... guys

I have alot of new growth around the edges.. it doesnt look bad but it does look weird cause the rest of my hair is soooooooo straight and its really curly around the edges.. for now I just use some hair lotion and smooth it down with a boar bristle brush... but i know its not gonna stay ddown forever and i dotn want to use gel.....any suggestions.. should i just blowdry straight...

After I got off my knees saying a prayer of thanks, I'd use some moisturizer, then put castor oil on it, tie a silk scarf around it and go to bed!

My edges are growing back after a rough salon visit where they were eaten by the relaxer. I WANT your problem!
