\"Bargello\" Vitamin Regime - has it worked?

Hi, I'm new here. Yeaa!

Has anyone tried the "Bargello" vitamin regime? (The one with msm, silica, flaxseed oil,biotin etc)
If yes, how much growth per month have you attained? Bargello says her hair grows at 1 1/2 inch per month!!

I learned about the Bargello vitamin regimen from the ladies here on this board. After being on the regimen the first 2 months I received 3/4" - 1" of growth a month. My skin also broke out a lot the first month. Now that I have been on it for 5 months my hair is still growing at a normal rate of 1/2" a month but I have very little shedding and my hair has gotten a lot thicker.

I can't say that I have gotten a huge amount of growth but my hair is a lot healthier over all.
