I am new to LHCF and I've seen alot of the ladies talk about how good biotin is for the hair. Well, I've purchased a vitamin that gives me 3000 mg of biotin, but I just saw a biotin cream in GNC. The PJ in me said get it, but I wanted to get some feedback from some of you because this board has been sooooooooooo helpful to me! BTW, I also purchased an MSM conditioner. Anyone have any experience with that?
