Can a high end blow dryer make a difference?

Just wondering before I go and spend 100 plus on a blow dryer such as the T3 or CHI.. do they really make you hair straighter and silkier than a 30 or 40 dollar blower?

It did for me...though I barely use it anymore cuz I'm avoiding heat this summer. I bought the t3 and it was great for me cuz I'm generally hopeless with a hair dryer. The best part for me is how lightweight it is, so my arms don't get tired and I'm able to "give it my all" longer. It's pretty quiet, too. My hair didn't feel as damaged (I'm not fooled though, I know it was).

Having said that, I know people who didn't find it worth it.

Yes! but IMO, The rusk hyperionic is the best dryer.

With the rusk dryer do you have to flat iron much afterwards? About how much is it and where can you purchase it?

I only flat iron my bangs to style them more but otherwise I don't have to use one. You can find a rusk at Marshalls sometimes for only 40 bucks. Otherwise its about 150+
