the ORS Replenishing Pak? I'm thinking of doing it, I've used other lighter conditioners to do so in the past, but would the ORS be too much for my hair to handle for so long? (not sure about protein, etc.)

I've done it with no problems on my own hair. I actually just forgot to rinse and went to sleep. I usually do it on my weave though once a week. It revives the curls and makes it nice and soft.
