About to apply color rinse, please reply asap.....

I haven't done this in a few months, should I condition before or after using my Adore rinse, which has protein. The instructions say to shampoo then apply color with heat. I was thinking after, but should I be careful what deep conditioners I use down the line? I'm thinking the soybean oil base in the ORS Replenishing pak might drain color.

No shampoo first to remove build up so the colour can take and be absorbed better into the hair. As for conditioning I can't really answer that question for you I'm afraid.

My first post was unclear, I meant to shampoo first anyway. I'm going to just going to condition afterwards since there's protein and like you said I want the color to take properly. I feel silly now erplexed , Ive done this before...
