How to get over a negative experience?

I was in a car accident in June. I was rear-ended.

I keep seing the accident in my mind. I would like to be freed from my subconsciencious.

I will definitely pray for you. I won't ask whether you were injured, or whether someone else was injured. However, know that God always loves you, no matter what has happened. Sometimes it's hard to believe this, because we live in guilt and shame, but He always loves us. God is love, therefore, he can't do anything but love us.
