I can\'t believe it! My new stylist uses Elucence!

I purchased the Elucence relaxer system to take to a new stylist I decided to try. As I put all my products out, Her assistant said "Oh, we use this!" I was like wow!

What else I love about this stylist is that she HATES no lye relaxers. She only uses LYE based. She uses all the major brands in addition to Elucence: Affirm, Mizani, Revlon etc.

My hair looks really healthy. I'm so happy!

that's great vevster, how was the elucence relaxer experience?? how straight did it get your hair?? one more question, did you use the protein treatment afterwards??

I didn't use Elucence's protein treatment, I used affirms....MY hair feels straight, but not stripped. My stylist told me that I could have used the mild. I'll use the mild next time(I used the normal). Of course I will know more once I wash my hair myself....she told me she has cases of the relaxer, so I don't have to buy my own....

I'm glad you had a great experience with your new stylist. Where is she located? Is the cost of a touch up expensive?

keep us updated after you wash. gosh i need to try this stuff.i'm so in love with all the other products.i'm gonna try once more to order and if that doesnt work i'll get someone from another state to order it for me

Do you relax your hair yourself? Can you get a stylist to order for you???

My stylist says she has been using Elucence for years..I couldn't believe it....

She is in Elmont, NY and she charges $65 for a touch up.

, i can't WAIT,

btw elucence is coming out with a deep penetrating conditioner to be used after washing out your relaxer but before neutralizing,similar to the affirm 5 in 1 reconstructor but better(or so they say). i dont know when it'll be out yet though, but I CAN'T WAITTTTTTT.

you can only get the relaxer online, but their customer service is great.

online, i live in florida and they have alot of salons that carry it around where i live. but when i called various places to ask them the prices of the conditioners and shampoo they jacked up the prices soo much that it was just cheaper to order it online, even with the shipping and handling.

For anyone interested the salon is called

The Beauty Hut and it is on Linden Blvd. in Elmont. I'm sure they are in the yellow pages. I go to Janine, who is really into products.

I think she just stocks the relaxer for her use. However, if you are one of her clients she prob would try to order for you....

I've never had a wash and set there. If you are interested send me a PM and I will dig her number out of my phone.

I only go for touch ups..
