well as far as a regimen...I have not really been sticking to one but im trying to keep it simple and easy
I usually wash once a week (clarify once a month) since I do use products on my scalp (esp my edges)
BUT FROM RESEARCH I HAVE FOUND THAT SHAMPOO IS NOT GOOD FOR THIN HAIR AS IT CAN MAKE IT THINNER SOOO MAYBE I'LL SUB IN A COWASH AND ALTERNATE SHAMPOO THEN COWASH

probably will just deep condition on dry hair over night with coconut oil before cowashing on wash day instead of using shampoo
moisturize and seal after wash and as needed
plait my hair up and throw it under a wig lol

I DETANGLE BEFORE I WASH ON DRY HAIR AND KEEP MY HAIR IN PLAITS WHILE WASHING!!! THIS HAS HELPED SOOOOO MUCH!!
- I plan to do a light protein probably just add an egg to my conditioner once a month
- and do aphogee 2 step every other month!!
I have researched that protein can really help with thickness
lets see if I can stick to this and hopefully start wearing my hair more!!
