My 1 year progress update - I love LHCF!!!

This is the longest my hair has been in my life! I can’t believe I’ve retained all of this length in only 1 year. Thanks so much LHCF! Here are my pics:

Here is the pic I’m currently using as my avatar that I took on March 4, 2010.


My Regimen: shampoo/DC 2x a week; co-wash 3x a week; always airdry (only allow direct heat when I get relaxer touch ups); relaxer touch ups at salon every 12 weeks.

My Products:

Shampoo: Suave Daily Clarifying(2x a month); Motions Moisture Plus/Motions CPR (weekly)

Deep Conditioners: Motions After Shampoo Moisturizing Conditioner/Motions Protein Reconstructor

Co-wash Conditioners: Garnier Fructis/Herbal Essences

Leave Ins: ORS Carrot Oil, African Royale Hot Six Oil, NTM, Lacio Lacio (when I’m 10-12 weeks post)

How do you wear your hair after air drying? Buns? Come on girl...spill it!!

Mostly buns, but I also do bantu knot outs and ponytails. This year, I'm really going to try to step up my hair styling game!

While airdrying, I comb through the back of my hair every 30 minutes or so with my wide tooth comb. It really helps my hair dry tangle free and straight. Makes styling so much easier too.
