Overnight Conditioning

I don't know if this has been asked before, but does anyone on here condition their hair overnight? I have two days a wk where I can definitely condition my hair overnight and wash and roll it in the morning.

If anyone does this, how successful is it and what product do u use?

I just remember reading where Halle kept her hair conditioned under her wig during CatWoman and her hair grew real quick! :)

I've done this before, but not lately. Conditioners work better on my hair when left on for a much shorter period of time.

Me too... for some reason, when I leave mine in overnight I get a lot of tangles during combout the next day and zero slip... :look: Maybe there's such thing as TOO much conditioning... :ohwell:

I slept with some leave-in conditioners and put a plastic cap on my head. Then got this morning and washed my hair and deep conditioned w/ UBH conditioner and my hair is sooooooooooooooo hard! I had a lot of tangles and hair come out. I'll never do this again!

wow... i have very good results with AO conditioners when i leave them in overnight.. my hair is sooooooo soft and moisturized the next morning... i do not even have to use a rinse......i guess it all depends on what conditioners you use...

I used to condition my hair overnight. I get the same results if I leave the conditioner on overnight or if I keep on for an hour or two, so I just keep it on for the shorter length of time.

I use either Biolage conditioning balm or ORS hair mayo.

I have always done this. At least 2 times a month. I wash in shower. Get out, towel dry hair then put in lots of conditioner.
Pin up and put on Foil Cap, then bonnet cap. Go to sleep, get up, sit under dryer about 1o mins, get in shower put more conditioner in to detangle, rinse.

Al last year I used Loreal Color Vive Mask and dry defense conditinoer for it.
This year I've been using NTM daily deep conditioner.

I shampooed night before. Next day rinsed out conditioner and did my daily styling. I don't usually air dry from start. Hair would never dry, to thick. I sit under dryer for at least 20 mins.
